With a rare blend of grounded presence and multidimensional insight, David brings a deep understanding of the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind—and the intricate relationship between the physical, energetic, and spiritual bodies. His work reaches far beyond surface-level healing, offering a path to clarity, alignment, and personal empowerment.
Before walking the medicine path, David served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, he earned his degree from the Virginia Military Institute, where he developed strong foundations in discipline, leadership, and service. These values infuse his work as a spiritual guide and mentor.
David is also a certified life coach and Reiki Master, integrating ancient healing practices with modern modalities. His training in the heart of the Amazon jungle with revered Ayahuasca elders has deeply shaped his approach—one rooted in reverence, integrity, and lived experience.
David continues to walk alongside those seeking healing, transformation, and deeper purpose. Whether in ceremony, coaching, or energetic work, his mission is simple: To help others remember who they truly are—and reclaim the power that has always lived within them.
Hi, I’m Shaniah Hall—a yoga teacher, private chef, and dedicated student of sacred healing. My path has taken me from traditional workspaces to the heart of the Amazon jungle, where I had the honor of privately studying plant medicine with an elder. That experience transformed my understanding of healing, community, and our deep connection to the Earth.
I’m a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and I believe in the power of breath, movement, and stillness to unlock healing from within. I’ve spent the last three years working as a private chef, creating intentional, nourishing meals to support retreats and deep inner work. I see food as medicine and love crafting meals that not only sustain the body but also feed the soul.
My early career in payroll administration, customer support, and team leadership taught me the value of structure, presence, and clear communication. I bring those skills into retreat spaces—ensuring that guests feel safe, held, and supported throughout their journey. Whether I’m guiding yoga, preparing meals, or sitting in ceremony, I lead with care, groundedness, and integrity.
I’m here to hold space, and to help create an environment where individuals can reconnect with their own wisdom. It’s my honor to support others as they remember who they truly are—whole, powerful, and deeply connected.
